What new stores are coming in and how will that effect your town? What is going on with mortgages in your area- any great programs for first time buyers out there? Any closings that almost didn't make it and you were able to turn them around through hard work- tell about it. Any listings that have an interesting story (some older homes have many interesting stories)? Tips on buying a local short sale or foreclosure- how do you find these- what should you be wary of.
